These Terms & Conditions apply to all business-to-business (B2B) sales made by Game Outlet Europe AB.
2. Scope & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to business customers. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection laws do not apply.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Game Outlet Europe AB.
An order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
4. Pricing
All prices are stated excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified.
VAT will be charged in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
Prices do not include shipping unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
Payment methods and terms are specified at checkout or agreed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full before shipment.
For invoice-based customers, payment must be made within the agreed payment term.
Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees in accordance with applicable law.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment from our warehouse.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. Game Outlet Europe AB is not responsible for these charges.
8. Returns & Claims
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom-made or limited-edition items are non-returnable, unless defective.
9. Defective Goods
In the event of defective products, Game Outlet Europe AB may, at its discretion:

Issue a refund or credit.
Our liability is limited to the value of the defective goods.
10. Limitation of Liability
Game Outlet Europe AB shall not be liable for:

Total liability shall never exceed the invoiced value of the goods supplied.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Force Majeure
Game Outlet Europe AB shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Sweden.
14. Amendments
Game Outlet Europe AB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of order applies.
